Independent coverage
ImpactBonds is independent of the issuers it covers. Issuers do not pay for credit classifications and do not approve analytical conclusions before publication. An issuer can submit factual corrections or additional evidence. ImpactBonds determines whether and how that material affects its work. A material analyst relationship is disclosed beside the relevant assessment.
Corrections and historical records
A correction request should identify the passage, source and source date. A material published correction should record what changed and when while preserving the underlying Offering Statement date and the previous analytical evidence cutoff. An issuer has no veto over a conclusion. Contact details for submitting corrections will be added when a general contact channel is available.
No consent for offering use
ImpactBonds.org does not consent to the inclusion, incorporation by reference, reproduction or use of its reports, classifications, badges or opinions in any Offering Statement, offering memorandum, prospectus, subscription agreement, investor presentation, advertisement or other material used to offer or sell securities.
An issuer may factually state that ImpactBonds has published an assessment and link to the ImpactBonds-hosted report, subject to applicable terms of use. A report link does not imply issuer approval, sponsorship or permission to reproduce a classification badge.
General research and regulatory status
ImpactBonds publishes independent general research. It does not sell securities, execute trades, underwrite or place offerings, determine individual suitability or provide personalized investment advice. It does not give buy, sell or hold recommendations or guarantee repayment. ImpactBonds classifications are independent research opinions and are not regulatory credit ratings.
